- Check the availability calendar to ensure the dates you want are available
- Please read the Terms and Conditions
- Download and complete a Reservation request form (Click the download forms button at the left)
- Email the Reservation request form to Reservations@bearsdenatrosen.com. Please put the dates you would like to rent in the subject line of the email.
Payments can be made by credit card or cheque (Canadian or US funds).
